Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or a contractual relationship justifies it. Client data related to active projects is kept for the duration of the contract plus 10 years for accounting and legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Processors

Your data may be processed by: Resend Inc. (email delivery, USA – adequacy decision via EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and Google LLC (reCAPTCHA v3 spam protection, USA – EU-US Data Privacy Framework). These processors act strictly on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
